High Pitched Squeal at High RPM?

High Pitched Squeal at High RPM?
Hey,

So about two years ago I noticed a high pitched squeal at high RPM (when I'm driving aggressively let's say from a full stop). I asked my mechanic during my annual service in 2023 and he indicated that there was no vacuum leak. Is this normal for this M276 3.0L engine? I don't remember this sound earlier on when I bought the car.
