My conductor plate had to be replaced because it completely stopped communicating. I purchased a new one from the dealership and had it installed and programmed. Unfortunately, the original plate was faulty, so we weren’t able to retrieve or transfer the a data to the new unit.
Right now, the only issue I’m experiencing is a slightly rough shift from 1st to 2nd gear, and also during the downshift from 2nd to 1st. All other gears shift smoothly with no problems, and there are no transmission error codes.
Does anyone have recommendations on what I should check? I have access to Xentry and can provide any additional information if needed. I’ve also attached a screenshot of the VGS software version, if someone could confirm whether it’s the correct version, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks
