CLS problems

Its one day since i've had the CLS and guess what the engine light indicator is on.

I dont know why its on since the car is new and tested.

Maybe it was on when i took the car aswell but i dont remember

Another thing is the jerk when you break to hault. I think its the transmission or brakes.

Has anyone expierenced these problems?
