Finally picked it up....Every option except Sirius and Distronic. I knew the color was hot but, damn....Decided to keep it stock.

Keep it stock. A color like that is already on the top of its game.

First one i've seen in that color with good pics - great choice - now all you need to do is drop it a little and rim it up. Keep it stock? Why would you do a silly thing like that?

Great photos - beautiful colour. Haven't seen many Bordeaux reds. I'm with you - leave it stock.

Beautiful car! I say no aftermarket mods either! Keep it as is! The sport package definetly adds to the car, and the color is amazing.

CONGRATS! More pics are always welcome!

Haha, maybe in the future (a year or so) then it will be a welcomed change and that way it'll be new twice.

I was wondering what that smell was.... hehe J/K
It takes a lot of will power (equivalent to refusing a date with [insert your favorite actress/actor/model here]) to keep from slamming the pedal down, especially after traffic hours on open toll roads, too many people provoking my trigger happy right toe

230 miles down, many many to go....

Make sure you aren't just babying the car. Give it varying RPM's all throughout the drive.

I have heard both good and bad, but my experience there has been nothing but excellent. I bought two cars from the same salesman (my S and CLS) and he has bent over backwards to make sure everything was excellent (in fact he called me 10 minutes ago as a follow up), My cousin and I service all 5 of our benzes there and neither of us have had a significant issue (feeling ripped off, waiting too long, not getting a rental, etc. all of which i have experienced at Caliber and MB Laguna Niguel) yet...knock on wood)

I know it sounds like im plugging them but I've been through hell with other dealerships (ever since MB Montclair in the early 90's) and these guys have been pretty cool.

Hah, I hope that answers your question in a long and drawn out sorta way.

TB

P.S.- They are the only ones who give out loaners without huge signs that say ur driving a loaner...Now that's class, hopefully that doesn't change.
