man, the fan on my car is so loud! i didn't notice it as much since it was cooler here the last few months, but now that summer is here, it seems to run as long as the a/c is on. my wife even asked me if that's normal...that's how noticeable it is.

My e500 sounded the exact same way, I was hoping they would have improved upon the cls500 but nope. It sounds like a goddamn jet engine rolling down the block, people constantly tell me the car sounds like its revving too high; dopes. lol

Same thing on the Bimmer side of things here. The 530 and Mini fans are very loud as well.
So much for sneaking in late at night. ;-)
