Definition of Bi-Xenon?
I understood that bi-xenon meant the full beam was xenon controlled by a mirror in the headlight housing but ive noticed when i use the high beams, another set of regular halogen bulbs light up instead? Am i missing something here?

The halogens are for flasing the brights when the low beams aren't on.
If you read the owner's manual, it says that one of the only ways to break a Xenon bulb is to turn it on and off repeatedly. Running 25,000 volts it a big deal, and it's not good to do it quickly, such as for a flash. That's why you still have the halogens.

Usual in our benzes the set up is this:
low beam is HID xenon - this stays on in both low and high settings.
- when in low beam, approx 1/2 of the projector is covered by a shutter, ergo, the sharp cutoff you see projected on the wall.
high beam is halogen - activated when needed and in conjunction with
the low beam
- when high beam is activated, a shutter pivots and allows unimpeded
beam to be projected in the low beam, HID fixture
- also..when high beam is activated, the adjacent, innermost light
housing, the halogen H7 bulb lights up, as a companion to the HID
full beam
I've not seen an HID high beam light up in addition to an HID low beam but
then again, I've not gone looking for this feature.
