W211=C219 for certain trim
I am convinced that the whole center console from an E can be retrofited onto a CLS. Also, the sliders in the back might be compatible too. Stealership says it can't be done. Suspect they are being lazy...The idea is to retrofit E55 trim and finally custom match the big dashboard piece, then get a Carlsson wheel in the same color...
BTW, they told me they have 6 different ash tray covers; there must be 6 different colors out there already...the only way I can explain it.

The 219 uses a lot of 211 parts...but the woodparet are pretty much all 219 specific
