Take over lease on my CLS 500

hey guys:

just thought i'd post this up just in case anyone is looking for a CLS. I am trying to pick up a CLS55 which is due in on 11/14. If I can get a commitment to transfer my current lease to someone by then, I think I will get it. Here are the details:

2006 Mercedes Benz CLS 500
Iridium Silver Metallic Exterior
Black Leather Interior
High Gloss Laurel Wood Trim
Less than 14,500 Miles
Premium Package
Trim Package
Lighting Package
Keyless Go
Parktronic
Hard-wired for a Valentine 1 Radar Detector
Parrot Bluetooth Phone Kit Installed in it for hands free use
Car is lowered about 1.5" and looks and rides great.
Tires have only 1k miles on them as I had different wheels on until last week.

Car is financed through Credit Union of Texas/Fair Lease on a 39 Month term with 15k miles/year. I have 31 months remaining (until June 2008) and about 30,500 miles remaining for almost 12k miles/year for new owner. Payment is $1,272/month and I am offerring an incentive of $2500 to bring payments down to $1189/month for new owner. As long as your credit qualifies, it should be good to go.

The car is free of any dents/dings, but does have some minor rock chips up front and a 1/2" rock chip in the winsheild which was sealed up. These are only noticable when up close.

If anyone is interested, please email me at vrracr@aol.com. Again, this is a limited time offer and if i miss out on the 55, I probably won't give this car up. There is no down payment required, but you will have to pay your state's taxes (I presume) and a $350 transfer fee to Fair Lease. Transfer Restrictions: Fair Lease is not licensed to do lease transfers in the following states: WA, MT, WI, LA, NY, HN, MA, RI, NJ, CT, HI.

Also, since I have already made the next payment (due 11/25), the new owner will not have a payment due until 12/25.
