USA MP3 Playback
(1) When you pull up your Main Audio Screen does it read (a) Radio, CD, CDC or (b) Radio, MP3, CDC?
(2) (a) Can you play MP3 CDs in the COMAND drive? (b) How about audio DVDs?
(3) Can you play MP3 CDs in CDC?

It may not help, but on the Euro version, the MP3 tag only appears when it recognises an MP3 compatible disc in the head unit DVD drive.

I have command w/ cd changer. I can play mp3's burned on cd but not on dvd. Spoke w/ my service guy and he told me that dvd's will only play on units w/ factory navigation.
Has anyone experienced otherwise?

You know one day I’m actually going to sit down and learn how to read instead of just looking at the pictures! The answer is as plain as day, in the book.
