Need advise-rear bumper scratch line

Need advise-rear bumper scratch line
Ok, Im always worried that some reckless driver will just park or leave the parking space and hits my rear bumper as it steers out of the space. Well yesterday it happenned. It appears that a car hits my rear right bumper probably as it leaves the parking space somewhere in Orange County, creating a dark line of scratch on my white cls500. Bumper is not dented but the black lines seems fused with the existing white paint. What is the safest quickest way to remove these lines? Any advise appreciated..thanks.

Carburetor Cleaner will take those marks out real easy. I've had bumper paint rubs and tire scuff marks that I've easily taken out with this stuff. Make sure you wash the chemical off right after and wax though.

Jesus, why not just tell the guy to use ACID or Brake Fluid! 
Pick up some meguirs cleaner wax, it will take off the scuff marks and is same for your paint. Goo Gone and Carb cleaner will damage the clear coat.
