Never go to cook's body shop!

So I bought my cls a few months ago, I got it at eldorado mercedes, but since it was a dealer trade it came in with the license plate frame drilled to the bumper, so as part of the deal they had cooks repair it and it came out perfect. Then a week later the bumper started dropping on the passenger side, so they re-adjusted it, finally after re-adjusting it 3 times they did good. The i notice they ran my damn car into a curb while at the shop. So they agree to repair my bumper, so i went and picked it up a week ago and i thought they did a good job. Im driving down the damn freeway yesterday and i started to hear something, i come to find out my fu%(& bumper is rubbing my wheel, then i look closer and it looks like my bumper went through hell and back. Apparently they painted it in correctly or something. It was chipped to hell and the paint was falling off. Anybody know of a good body shop in Granite Bay California, or the surrounding area?
