Well the lease on my 2003 W203 C240 (Black/Charcoal Int). is approaching it's lease end date of April 2004. Time to start considering other models. I truly have enjoyed this car however I also had a Cadillac STS I drove primarily for work. My C240 currently has only 14,000 on it & as a result still looks. No rock chips on front end due to having the clear bra installed from day 1. Should probably buy this car, however I'm longing for another larger car. Considering an E350 & the CLS with a lease payment not to exceed $1000/month.
QUESTION: Does the CLS have the same smooth ride of the E350 or is it a harsher ride due to its suspension? Another car I would absolutely love to have is the 2-door CL. I'm completely in with this car (but have been told by my significant other that this does not fall in to our car allowance budget. Well, Rain Rain Rain on my parade!!!! (who knew I'd actually be held accountable to the budget. I think we can move some numbers around somewhere in order for me to be a Happy Camper.

I'm confused...your leased ended in April 2004? Or is it ending April 2007? The CLS has a better ride than the E in my opinion. I test drove both and I actually prefer the CLS. Also, you woulnd't want to get the CL right now. An all-new CL is coming, I think sometime next year.

Sorry for the confusion. My lease ends in Apr 2007. Thanks for the info. Just found the pics of the next CL. Hmmmm.... Have to say I prefer the current model. Perhaps it will grow on me. Would love to see the interior. Assume it's going to be similar to the S-Class interior.

I am currently selling my E55 not sure what I am going to swap into yet. I can drive my brother's car for awhile he has 2 so yeah.
