lowering via star diag
I brough my car to mercedes to lower it, they manage to lower it but not keep the setting low.
They told me they need a code to enter in the star diag after the lowering to confirm and keep the setting.

Any idea?

I had the same problem today on my E55... The tech lowered it but it wouldn't stay. I would also like to know how to keep the settings.
