Here's a pic. Mins is 12mths old and shows a lot of scratches when in direct sunlight. I have been very careful as well, but can't seem to stop the scratches. I absolutely love the look but the scratches are making me wish I had gone for the high gloss dark Laurel.

Whoa...I don't think the US gets that as an option!
I've never seen it as a option in the build your own CLS pop-up...Is it with certain exterior colors only?

I keep it clean with a California Dash Duster and a microfiber towel dampened with some glass cleaner. Yes in direct sun you can see the microscratches, but that will be the case with any dark material. Just like a car with black paint. To me it still looks much, much better than the high gloss laurel or matte burl walnut.
If I had to choose between the laurel and walnut, I'd definitely get the laurel.
There are aftermarket trim packages but I've only seen carbon fiber options.

it is also possible to get it as a trim option w/ designo in canada...
would you guys say it's worth it..because i plan to get the Dark Sand leather to go w/...and idk, but wood interior completely offsets the color of the leather...
the picture of the leather is on page 27 of http://www.mercedes-benz.ca/site/mb_..._ebrochure.pdf
any ideas?
