Hey All - Just got my 2011 CLS550 AMG Sport - and I LOVE this car !!! Not sure about mods yet, except for the stereo - that Harmon Kardon is a huge disappointment as you all probably know! Rear decl spoiler will go this weekend....what are most peoples 1st mods? Chip? Wheels? (I like my AMG rims so will stick w them).

Here are a few pics of my "new" CLS 500. Debadged; smoked tails; lowered; 20x9, 20x10.5 wheels; roof spoiler; blk/blk; slim line exhaust; 35% tint I've added two 10inch subs w/Arc audio 2150xxk amp. Love the car!

For people who upgraded to NTG 2.5 comand units on their 04-07 CLSs, some wanted to continue to maintain that open & close storage compartment after the upgrade (myself included). They had to buy a special module to activate this function. That former cd changer compartment is normally made redundant (shut permanently) after the NTG 2.5 upgrade but one can buy an optional module to maintain its open/close function. If you have a later 09 CLS, bear in mind you can't buy this module but if you have an older model of the CLS and wish to upgrade to NTG 2.5 comand unit, you have the option to buy this module during upgrade.
Hope I made my points clear!! I can't find any better way to explain this.

Hey man. I haven't been on the board since the car was sold in November 2012. The wheels are Work Schwert SC1 black polish with step-lips in 20x9.5 and 20x10.5. Front offset was +12 and Rear was +3. Tires were 245/35/20 and 265/35/20. It's lowered on links. No rubbing. The wheels took 5.5 months to build and ship. I could have gone a few more mm more aggressive. BTW people on this board are afraid to run aggressive like this. But the CLS can handle pretty aggressive offsets.
