Bluetooth or Cradle?

I have the handsfree communication thing built in and I am wondering if I should get the bluetooth or cradle.

The cradle is available for my phone (verison/moto e815) and I am guessing the bluetooth will work as well. Wanted to see what your experience was with the bluetooth. I am guessing there is no real install required right?

I also saw this:

But I am not quite sure what you need to do to make this work with the P2 package from the CLS63 and how it interacts with my Motorola SLVR??
