Defending the Rear Seat

So how do you or did you CLS owners defend the lack of rear seat headroom and overall room? I would like to use the same positives to convince my pops into a CLS550, if he prefers that over an S550 that is...

Easy, my 3 year old rides in the back and he never complains about lack of headroom.

Seriously, for an older person this is probably not a great car because of headroom, egress, and visibility issues. I don't know how old your father is but you should consider it from his perspective, as hard as that may be at times

One guy I know who owns one just changes the subject....but IMO its the only real problem (for some people) with the car....and with parktronic its easy to park even with the visibility issue.
