If new car within 12 months
Take it to the Dealer if new car, less than 12 months. If not, How many miles?
If over 25K miles, need to check for pad wear and may be worn out.

If new car within 12 months and 12Kmiles-
Take it to the Dealer, covered under factory warranty
If over, need to check for pad wear and may be worn out.
If used car--
You may have some really cheap pads/rotors. If that's the case, replace
with high quality pads and rotors.
