Hi all---I have a quick question please ---I am a Cingular/ATT customer--I just want to use a Razr with the Razr cradle dock (i already have one) for my CLS550 2007.
Can I get this phone at cingular or do I need to get the phone thru AWS (they say I need that special software)---Thanks

I have an '07 E550, so it should be the same as mine. I purchased the cradle and installed it (in four seconds), it works perfectly fine with my 2 year old cingular razr. It will not work with the razr v3xx, which I am told is a larger video playing version of the razr. It works in bluetooth mode and also allows to be plugged in for charging and use of the antenna. It is a little akward plugging in the phone, I only do it if I am going through a low signal area (although I don't know if really improves the reception, it seems To make no difference percetion wise).
