I have sold my 300M, still have the E320 (lovely at 160k) and I am finally looking into getting my stable increased with a CLS.

Guys I have a question...actually a few....

1. If I buy a CLS from the Dealer Auction using a broker can I get the extended warranty from MB? (The 100K) The prices in the AMG's, 550's, and 500's are great.
2. If I buy private can I get the extended warranty? This way I can avoid taxes....
3. I saw a 06 CLS AMG loaded that has 52K on it. They are selling it for $62K. I am interested, but it has high mileage. This is from a dealer in Florida. I suppose I could get the extended warranty on this?

Any insight on this would be great. Wanted to ask here before asking a dealer.

Are you speaking on the CLS55 for $62K? I would of course get a car fax on ANY car before I buy it. What do you suppose is wrong if anything? From what I see, it is a benz dealership...

I was asking about warranties...what is possible with the different instances...
