Service A message at 2050 miles?

Hey guys, got a "Service A due in 29 days" message this evening when I started my car. My car is 4 months old and only has 2050 miles on it.

Anyone have any idea why in the hell I would be getting this prompt, and what a Service A entails? I looked in my maintenance catalog but the services are listed numerically not alphabetically. I've already taken the car in for the first free check at 1100 miles so I thought my next service was at 13K? Could this possibly be right?

Thanks for your help

I had the same thing happen on my CLS550 but it took a little longer. The dealership should have reset the "in service" clock when you took delivery. The countdown started when the car was assembled so despite the mileage, after a certain amount of time you get the service A message. Your dealer should be able to reset the timer to match the period of your ownership.
