In the 06 CLS, if it does NOT have the bluetooth capability what parts do I need to make it work?

 

I am sure there are many more on this forum that are more knowledgeable but I believe you will need to have Hands Free Communications installed. Do you have a cradle port inside your center armrest? If not, contact the dealer to start. If so then depending on what type of phone you have you can either get a cradle specific to that phone (if available) or use the more universal MHI Bluetooth puck.

Here's a site where you can get more info on options. Unfortunately, none of them are cheap.
