Ride change after lowering??
How much did the comfort level of the ride change anfter you guys lowered it? I have an 06 CLS and got the Maya 20's and it needs to be lower. I lost some comfort with the tires and wonder how much more is lost with the lowering. I drive a lot on the freeway for work and like to be comfortable but also like to look good.

I agree with joey...adding the larger wheels with lower profile tires will cause the ride to suffer more than lowering the vehicle.
Done right, wider wheels along with lowering the center of gravity should increase handling (and look really cool). The trade-off is a much stiffer ride.
If you are looking at modest lowering to remove the fender gap you shouldn't notice much of a difference in ride quality from what you have now with the 20's

if you lower it, you can always lift up using the suspension button on local, but once you lower it, you will be scraping the lower part of your front bumper. i think i am going to raise my car back up a bit after the new year.
