best independent mercedes service shops in OC?
I'm sick and tired of mercedes benz of anaheim and their incompetent service advisors. I've already been lied to several times and reading through the service reports they state that I declined to have things serviced when I was never asked to in the first place. For example they said my tint was scratched because it was "too thick", but I end up finding out they refer their customers to the same shop I used (XLNT Tint-they did a great job) and they refuse to fix it (although I'm going to ***** them out now). So I need to get an alignment and service B soon, but would rather go to an independent place to get all this done. Any recommendations (preferably in the North Orange County area close to Anaheim)?
