Adding VCS/Sirius to 2006 CLS55

I'm looking fo a 2006 CLS55, black with P30 Performance package. I've found two cars. One has about 35K miles and all options beyond Distronic. The other has about 15K miles, bur does not have eigther VCS or Sirius. Price of the higher mileage car is about $60K, about $71K for the lower mileaqge car, which is at a dealer and is a CPO car.

If I purchase the lower mileage car, what options do I have for adding VCS and Sirius? Thanks for the help.

VCS and Sirius can both be added afterwards.

SAT parts (external antenna and receiver box) might run you over $1000 installed......
