Question Newbie!!! Need advice on a lease for a 2008 cls550

Hi everyone, I am planning to lease a 08 cls 550 within a week and need advices on this lease term. I was offered a 27months lease, 10k miles per year, $7,800 out the door, $830 plus tax per month. The vehicle is artic white with P2, AMG sport package, keyless go, parktronic, and ipod. MSRP is 81,420. Is this a good deal? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Iam in socal and this is my first time leasing so any advice/info on leasing would be great. Thank you in advance.....

I am not sure if you are opposed to buying or if you would not mind a pre-owned but you could do much better than that for less money down and about the same monthly payment. Personally, I would into some other options that would save a lot of that money.

For 10K miles a year, that's not to cool. Too easy to go over the mileage and you stuck with overage fees. Something to think about.

Interest Rates are only 1.9% on a new purchase. If you are putting so much money down on a lease, you might want consider the purchase, since so much money is going towards principal.

Thanks very much for all the inputs. I am leasing this car for bussiness tax purposes, and i only want to keep the car for about 3yrs. I guess i will check out some more dealers and negotiate a zero down term. Thanks again.

.
I think that payment is pretty high. Not sure how true this is but my dealer called me this morning and told me that they have an end of the month special rate adjustment from Mercedes on the CLS. He said he has never seen this happen before, but the money factor went down to .00135 on the 39 month term. So the payment went almost $100 less per month. They offered an $81k CLS for $899 w NJ tax with about $2k out of pocket total.
