I had ordered the HOEN bulbs too and they look white and really nice on mine. I've had mine in for maybe 6 months now.

i'm so mad... those screws were so hard to take out. You need a really short screw driver to do this on the CLS. Now I have to take em out, ship them back, and pay for s/h and don't even get my shipping money back. They charged $8 for shipping but on the USPS label is says $4. So much labor for nothing AH! Never thought I'd hate German quality... those screws are a PAIN in the you know what.

Not sure why some of yours won't work....

Mine came with blue tint on the bulb. When you order, make sure u get the "Incandescent bulb" version NOT LED. If you get LED without "resonator?" (correct me if I am wrong) it will blink and malfunction light will come on telling u the bulbs are not working (not expert on electronics, but i think it is caused by lower voltage requires by the LED)

As for the installation " Install is easy.... IF u have small hand and/or a small power screw driver....." lol

I am not sure the definition of "yellow" for everyone, but if you compare them side by side with OEM bulb, it is "whiter" than the OEM. But don't expect as bright or blueish as LED, because they are not.

By the way, I don't work for them or affliate with them, I still paid the same $8 shipping as you guys, in fact, I just ordered their Xenonmatch Fog Lamp Bulbs from them, and yes, I paid the shipping again...... blah

My car is silver and they look yellow as **ck. I purchased the same bulbs as SHAKE but they are not white. I even installed the LED in one and the Hoen in the other and their is no comparison. It sux the LED only blink. Oh well I'm gonna return them.

Here are the pics of the bulbs. For some reason they look way more white in the pictures than they do in person. The one on the left is the HOEN bulb and the one on the right is the LED. In the pic the LED looks blue but in person it looks white. After taking these pics I might think about keeping the bulbs.

Here they are. I guess they still look white. The HOEN is on the left and the stock is on the right. I'm probably going to keep them. When compared to the LED they look yellow but the against the stocks they look good.

are those 2 pics a comparison bet. stock and the Hoen? The stock looks so much whiter than it does in person. Mine are OK but I thought they'd be alot better from the looks of the pics. Looks alot better at night than it did in the afternoon when I installed them. Whatever I'll just keep em and get a chrome plate frame or something.

The post above with two pics are both of the Hoen compared to the Stock. I agree it looks much better in the pics than it does in person!
