New to the CLS Gang

Picking up this 2006 CLS500 in the next week. Replacing an SLK and a GMC Dually that was used to pull the boat the we changed and can no longer need tow..

2006 with 25,000 Miles. I am not well versed in options but I know it has keyless start and AMG wheels.

Apart from that the color is a little off kilter but I did not want black (due to maintenance) and did not find a Silver within the parameters I was looking for.

Let me know what you guys think and what are the intricacies, tricks and minimal mods doable... ( I am a big stock look fan) I am not however against moding anything under the skin!!!!

Definitely get the clear bumper lenses. You can find them on ebay for like 40 bucks. Will really improve the looks. I have never been a fan of those AMG wheels either. The color is definitely different. If you don't have the new key, then maybe you can get that. It looks a helluva lot better than the old one. Welcome to the club.

Congrats on the purchase. The only things i would recommend would be to lower it or get bigger wheels to fill in the gap. Is it raised in this photo the front gap looks real high? real unique color.

+1 definitely a nice and unique color. That is a big gap you have there on the pictures. Make sure you didn't hit the raised button by accident.

Congrats!
