If anyone has a CLS in Illlinois and is willing to travel to Peoria, IL, my dealership SUDS will do STAR lowering for 50 bucks. I'm getting mine done next week. I will let you guys know how it goes and will post pics. Of before and after.

Yea I know. My other option was the links. My service manager is a young guy and really cool. They put my HID's in my car for me too. The guy that works on my car is young also so that works out. Can't beat it with a stick for 50 bucks.

Pay close attention to see if the car raises its self back up to oem settings. I've heard that this has been the case with StarDiag, but props on finding someone that did it for only $50. Those service guys probably bought pizza with that money.
I doubt if SUDS Mercedes will ever see that $50 in the books.

YOu might want to ask a few questions regarding your warranty when you lower with star diagnostic. This what my contact at the dealer told me....
Hello Glenn,
"It takes 3-4 Hours on the alignment rack..
I just spoke to the techs. Hes telling you to NOTTTT do it. because it voids your suspension warranty. Well not all but anything that'll require a print out of the Acutal Values of your suspension.
Examples would be ANY
ABS Complaint
ESP Complaint
Speed Sensor issue
Shock Leaking
Airmatic light on
etc...
once you change the values there isnt a way to change it back without Mercedes knowing - when the actual value sheet is printed.
He recommends just buying the lowering control module. If you want to risk it tho he says it'll take around 3-4 hours on the alignment rack"
So I would ask first it might now be worth the trouble later on when something does goes wrong. Goodluck.
