We really don't know bro. There is talk here and there about 2010 or 2011, but we dont really know for sure. Try calling the dealer. They might be able to give you heads up on a new model.
With the new upgrades to the 2009 I'm sure mercedes will run with that for a while. It's really hard for me to call the 2009 a facelift though.

The 09 CLS, in US dealers since early June, has a 2-bar grille (instead of 3) and LED taillights, plus minor revisions to the bumper covers.
Automobile magazine (has photos) says the 2011 CLS, due in fall 2010, will be all-new, have a CL-looking nose, and a bit less of a "banana" profile look.
