Tinting a Black Opal CLS?
Our car is painted Black Opal (that is a dark blue metallic which is almost black when it is dark outside) with blueish window glass. We want to keep the glass looking blue as it looks good with the BlackOpal. The tinting should be applied on all rear windows (It is not legal in California to tint windshield and front side windows). The tinting shops I have spoken to says that they do not have any blue film. What kind of tinting do you suggest if we want to keep a blueish tint? Have any one with a CLS painted in BlackOpal color done it? And if so do you have any photos?

I had our dealer do ours in some fancy new tint they had and it looks nice. It's just a dark blackish color and seems to go quite well with the Black Opal finish. Here in Texas the front side windows can be tinted so that helps a lot on the over all appearance.

In California, you CAN tint the front door windows and the windshield .................................................. .................. as long as you have a good friend thats a police officer.
Did I mention that I have connections for sign offs?
Here is one we did with tint on every single window.
