So dealer solved my bumpy 2-1 shift... very smooth now. But now when slowing down 3-2 is very hard and occasionally the 2-3 just slams in (usually right after start up). Any TSBs on this or anyone else have this? They said my valve body has been replaced already and newest software as of 6/09.

Yours may be something else, but my '08 does that in Sport mode, but not in the Comfort setting ....
yah i cant stand this transmission, shift quality is awful.
