Does anyone know if a set of S550 19" take-offs will fit on my '06 CLS 500?

I believe the the specs are as follows:
FRONT WHEEL ARE 19X8-1/2 WITH 43MM OFFSET
REAR WHEELS ARE 19X9-1/2 WITH 43MM OFFSET

Offsets are a bit to high I think. If you are looking for aftermarket CLS wheels, I am selling 3 sets for my uncle. Chrome HRE 543R's, Silver Renntech Monolites and Silver BBS LM's all with tires and they are 20's.
