new black cls550 need wheel opinions

Thank you for giving me your opinion. Just leased a new black cls550 and do not like the stock 18" amg wheels. I'm thinking of going with Vossen 1 piece style 078 or 083 maybe in polished silver or machined finish. I'm leasing car for 3 years and don't want to put out more than $3000 for wheels, just want to dress up the car. Will all polished silver look ghetto or cheap in your opinion, want something clean looking. If not these 2 styles which style would fit the look I'm going after? Thanks again.

Voseen wheels I'm considering

First photo are 078 all silver polished

Second photo are 083 machine black with polish lip

Both on black CLS, not mine. Black center with polish lip are also available in both styles.

With 10% unemployment, and more homes going into foreclosure everyday its really hard for me to understand who is buying +6K wheels.

Vossens are ok for the money but you can get some really nice wheels for 1K ea. I think that's just a little more money that what you want to spend.

You can also check the wheel classified on this forum and you will see whats moving and what's not. Some of the hi-end stuff has been there 6+ months.

As far as finish, I think too much bling will cheapen the look, a little bling really makes a statement.

Good luck and enjoy your car.

Be careful w/ the all polished/chrome look which can look a bit over the top and ruin the whole effect. IMHO of course....
