When I have the radio on and turn on the rear defroster, static noise occurs.
Also, not sure if it's relevant, my rear defroster used to work well, but as of late it hasn't, as if it's weak.

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Common problem with early E-Class models uncommon for the CLS more than likely rear window needs replacement – check your email.

had same issue in my C320 back in the day, they replaced some electronics. I was expecting a fight with the service advisor telling him i'm not crazy. but he told me it was a known issue.

Sorry for bring back an old Thread but I have a similar issue.

When the rear heater is on the radio has static interference on all stations, not load just a puls in the back ground.

did you get find a solution to yours?
