Chris so what are you doing with the 19" stock rims, are you keeping or selling them? Let me know. Also do you still have the stock wheel? Car looks great, good job.

.Yeah I kept them as winter tires. Yeah I still have the stock wheel. And as I said before.It is a crack in the wood.

I totally respect the amount of time & work you've put into your ride mate! I bought an old 2005 CLK to do the same, modify and play with, just for a hobby & to enjoy the finished product. Keep up the great work man, it's really looks great for the most part.

@Chris... Car looks good! I really like the carbon front lip and the rear inlay. Question....Would you want to sell your old steering wheel?? I've been looking for a woodgrain wheel for quite some time now.

I sell them my self so I just took one of the shelf. But you find them all over Ebay.

Was the front bumper swap to the AMG bumper in need of parts inside? I have a 2006 CLS 500 and front bumper got trashed so ordered a AMG front bumper primed, will it be an easy swap? Thanks and your car is cherry.

I enjoy every of your modifications. Regarding the NTG2.5 HDD, i need to swap it over my CLS NTG 1. Do i need to change my steering wheel when swapping over? What parts do i need? Can you post a link of the website you bought your NTG2.5 comand? What do i need to look out for when buying one?
What sort of cables & harness do i need to swap it without any problem?
How is the 3D/birdview mapping? I really need this compared to my 2D mapping display which is not good enough.
Lastly, did you change the rear LED light to the 2008 model? If yes, was it a simple plug & play? Can you post photos as well if you did it.
