550 weaving left/right?

550 weaving left/right?
Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what would be causing the car to weave or appear to be weaving left/right while driving?

The car is on 20s with 305 and 255 rear/front I beleive and not lowered.....is it alignment and/or balancing?

ps. new purchase coming this week and dealer said the weaving isnt a big deal, will be resolved but I just want to get some ideas from readers first...08 550 AMG pkg...cant wait....07 BMW 750 riding off into the sunset...
