Mirror Problem After Rain. Switch maybe?
I was sitting in the parking lot smoking a cig on the phone and it was raining, nothing ridiculous but a decent rain. The door was getting wet, I didn't think it was anything to worry about.
The next day I went to adjust my mirror because dropped all the way down. I could hear the motor running as if the adjustment button was stuck. I clicked the buttons a few times then it stopped (maybe something was sticking).
However I still could not adjust the mirrors using the adjustment buttons, however the mirrors would adjust if I pressed MEMORY 1 which is my memory setting.
So I know the mirrors work, the motors work, my only other guess is a switch for the manual adjustment? Anyone had experience with this?
I checked the fuses in the car and in the trunk, nothing was blown.
