Oil Cooler?
Why does the 2006 CLS500 have the oil filter housing/timing cover with the oil cooler on it like the 55 engines, but the S500, Cl500, E500, Clk500 models of the same year dont have it??
do the other models have an external cooler? just wondering if there is a reason..

I don't think the other models you mention have an additional/external oil cooler. Ask your dlrs shop foreman, he'll know for certain.
