How to remove dome lights to replace bulbs in 2009 CLS550?
I wanted to remove the front and rear dome light covers to replace the bulbs to match the other interior/convenience bulbs that I already switched out on the car. I have looked just about everywhere for information on how to remove these dome lights on the cls550 but have come up empty. Can anyone provide information on how to remove the dome lights or covers to access the bulbs? Any help would really be appreciated!

The entire dome assembly comes off. For the rear, you have to just carefully pull the entire unit off, there are like 4 clips holding it in place. Then you can access the bulbs from the top of the assembly.
The front is also pull out, but alot harder to get. I have to remove the trim peices above the rearview mirror and then pulled out the assembly. There were alot of wires connected in the front so ended up only pulling off the tabs connected to the part facing the rear and then was able to reach in and switch the bulbs without taking the whole thing off.
