Tipping advice
Took my CLS55 to a dealer for a repair that would have cost me over $1k.
Even though I bought the car at a different dealer and the cpo warranty
expired 2 weeks prior, the SA honored my cpo through a 'good will' type
program.
Is a tip in order ?

I don't think they really did you a special favor (they got paid), but I'll tell you, tipping never hurts when it comes to service relationships. If you plan on using this dealer regularly, it's not a bad idea.
