where are the batteries located?

where are the batteries located?
the computer stated the conveince feature are in-op due to low voltage on the battery. The car starts fine, I bought the car used. I would like to change both batteries while i have a chance. any help with the location of the aux battery would be helpful...

Not familiar with the CLS. Does the owner's manual not state the location?

I guess i could have checked there, the aux is located under the hood, the reg. battery is in the rear trunk.
