Has anyone replaced stock command unit with eBay "STOCK LIKE" all in one head unit?

Has anyone replaced stock command unit with eBay "STOCK LIKE" all in one head unit?
I've been told that it's always a mission to ad anything to our Mercedes. With that said ive came across these after market replacement head units from overseas that seem to offer it all.
They come with nav, back up cam inputs touch screen etc.... Even have a MB start up screen. So what's the catch? Are these as plug n play as they say they are?

See our many reviews and discussions about these products. We have extensively tested them at the direction of some dealers that were interested in them. Search for Dynavin and Cartronics and you will find our reviews and some customer experience as well..... bottom line, the catch is they are cheap junk!
