Headlight tint, who where how?
I'd really like to darken these headlights as they stand out so much against the black body.
I've considered the painting the inside option, but that is not as reversible as the tint so I've decided on tinting them.
Anyone have any recommendations on where to buy, and how sound of a mod this is (as far as durability, etc.)?

There are several companies that sell smoked vinyl overlays. Just remember that if you tint them, you will diminish the light output.

Did you do it yourself? How hard? How long? I dread the thought of pulling the bumper...
How much will tint diminish the output?
Still debating....
jtoma, please do post some pics here on this thread. I've seen some painted lights on the E55, but would love to see how they look on our CLS'.
