Is anyone running 285/30/20 & 245/35/20 size tires???
I know, I know - recommended setup is 305/25/20 & 255/30/20. However being that I am in the city, and the roads absolutely SUCK around here, I want as much meat on the sidewall as possible.
I know the OD is about an inch higher over stock. I'm not too opposed to it as it will only throw the speedo off a few mph. Again, sidewall is important.
Second question, will a 285 tire fit on an 11" wide wheel? I don't want to run stretch, we're not driving Hondas here.
I know this topic has been discussed at nausem but I still want feedback.
Thanks!!!

MBWorld Fanatic!
You can run a 30 in the rear...As long you keep enough room if your going to be lowered. I seen someone even put a 35 front and 30 rear...stock height
