CLS55 door panel removal???

Can any of you gents show or tell me how to remove this bloody interior drivers door panel (2006CLS55)? I used to be a pro at this, but now, I'm old and should really consider just shooting it, lol.

I googled the heck out of this and only found links to this site, and all those references only showed threads of folks saying they'd email the pdf to one another.
