Itronics bluetooth and OEM IPod kit

Itronics bluetooth and OEM IPod kit
Itronics bluetooth kit and OEM iPod kit
When installing the Itronics you need to connect the fiber optics from the cd changer and from my understanding the iPod kit needs the same fiber optics from the cd changer? How do you connect both? Any advice when installing both will be greatly appreciated. Thanx
