not very good, the filters are in the engine HOT bay,,
you can get two 45 degree 5" chrome pipes off e bay for $15. each
you can get the clamps at any auto parts store for $2.00 each
and you can also get two filters at auto store for $20. to 25.00 ea.
cut the pipe with a hack saw smooth the cut edge with a knife , install it and send me the $91.00 I just saved you and then throw them away because the hot air they pull in will cost you mpg and hp.this is what i have jim

I think it will do a great job at sucking in hot air. Not to mention the metal tubes will get really hot warming the air as it goes through.
If you really want to improve airflow look to hi flow drop in air filters. Maybe upgrade to 55K air box. Possibly adding flexible heat shield to the bottom of the air box.
