What should I do? Report to insurance or revenge?

Went out to the car and seen this almost bit my tongue off. I took pics and moved my car and saw scratches from front license plate screws. I went to a couple surrounding houses to see who I'm going to chew out but nobody seems to know who's car it belongs to. I thought about kicking in the car like it had teeth and a brick through the windshield with flat tires but I thought it would be nice to get the bottom plastic portion painted on rear amg kit bumper along with the repairs. What should I do? Insurance claim or is it waste of time?

OMG I'm sorry man. Hopefully the scratches aren't that bad. I would just wait in the car all day and night and pull a "boys in the hood" style revenge...on a serious note I'm sorry man what do you expect from these douche bags. I say you trade in your car and buy 100 of his/hers.

one thing for sure, to squeez in that tight of a space that douche bag is a good parallel parker :-) Sorry man, don't think you can do much even if you have pics and his license as who's going be able to prove that you didn't park that close to him instead of him did it to you. Not sure how big of the scratch is but If you can find some color wax that match your paint, that may help a little to hide the scratch.
