Leaking washer fluid in front driver headlight washer

My first post here .
I've been lurking around some mb forums boards and this one is very informative .
I recently bought a 2007 cls 550 mb with low miles and couldn't pass it up .

As I was inspection the vehicle and the front driver headlight washer was leaking when I pressed the washer button , I figured the hose or latch was still open cause it was a fast leak .as it wasn't leaking prior to me pressing the button .
I pressed the button again and it still sprayed the head lights as it should but the leak remains ?
The leak is coming from the driver side at the edge of the bumper next to the fog lights . I've checked the fill washer station and everything looks good and I've isolated the leak to that front end of the driver side .

Any thoughts how to fix this and whats needed .
I'm avoiding a mb dealer as I'm mechanically incline and feel that this is a task I can tackle myself .
Thank you for your support .
